1. The Refindoz Program
REFINDOZ operates an introducer program for capital-market platforms, including but not limited to Pepins.com and FundedByMe.com. Approved partners receive a unique referral code and earn commission on qualifying transactions originated through that code.
2. Commission
The standard commission is 50% of net platform revenue received, excluding VAT and applicable taxes. Commission is approved upon receipt of customer payment and paid monthly to the bank details on file.
3. Eligibility
Partner participation is by approval only. REFINDOZ may decline or terminate participation at its sole discretion, including in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
4. Payments & Taxes
Partners are responsible for declaring commission income and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Where a VAT number is provided, invoicing requirements may apply.
5. Confidentiality
Codes are personal and may not be transferred. Misuse — including self-referral or coordinated fee evasion — voids commissions and may result in account termination.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
